WHAT WE HANDLE
Designs are the cheapest registered right in the Sudanese system
and the one most often skipped. For packaging, furniture, textiles
and consumer goods, a design registration frequently stops a copy that a trademark cannot reach.
They are also the quickest right to obtain, which matters when a
launch date is fixed and the trademark application is still sitting
under examination.
